No. Families book through the app. Providers manage their own schedules and arrive on their committed days. Your team is welcome to use the optional dashboard — but it's never required.

How do providers get access to our property?

You set the rules. During onboarding we establish your access protocol — check-in at the front desk, a visitor badge, whatever works for your building. Providers follow it.

What if a resident doesn't have a smartphone or family nearby?

Residents and families can also order by phone through our concierge line. No app required. We handle the coordination.
